MACAYA ECOPRENEUR VENTURES (MEVC) CORP.

Wind Power MEVC team is participating in a Wind Re-Powering project in India. The project will generate up to 32 megawatts of clean renewable energy, enough electricity to power close to 13,000 homes. With our trusted local partners, we aim to build and operate a combined, 400 megawatts of installed wind energy power projects in India within the next two fiscal years.

Wind power is a renewable resource that produces clean energy - with no emissions and no hazardous wastes.

Wind can be harnessed directly to produce electricity when it spins the blades of a wind turbine, which drives an electric power generator. Advances in aerodynamics and materials have made electricity generation from wind turbines economically cost competitive.

Wind farms are located in areas with reliably favorable wind speeds, and can be comprised of 10 to over 100 turbines.
